Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VOUCHIA you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a binding contract. Merchant accounts must be created on behalf of a legitimate business by an authorized representative.
Account Registration & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, including any biometric/PIN data, and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Customer & Merchant Use
Customers may collect, view and redeem vouchers and engage with Merchants through the app. Merchants may issue vouchers, manage outlets and staff, run engagement campaigns, and process customer check-ins. Each Merchant is responsible for honoring its own vouchers and the accuracy of its content.
Vouchers & Promotions
Vouchers are issued by Merchants and subject to the terms shown at issuance (validity, conditions, redemption rules). Unless stated otherwise, vouchers have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be resold. VOUCHIA acts as the platform and is not a party to the underlying offer.
Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service. You agree not to: attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer the platform, upload unlawful or infringing content, impersonate others, abuse Face ID or PIN systems, or interfere with other users.
Intellectual Property
VOUCHIA and its logos, software and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute it as needed to operate the service.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that voucher offers will always be available.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VOUCHIA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of your use of the service.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify VOUCHIA against claims, damages and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using VOUCHIA at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for security reasons. Some sections (IP, disclaimers, liability, indemnity) survive termination.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VOUCHIA is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of VOUCHIA after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
